Convenient location near Himeji Castle, station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Easy to find. Good customer service. Comfortable twin room with supermarket opposite and shopping streets nearby. Breakfast buffet with some options for foreigners.

Nice location and double room was larger than normal for a business hotel in Japan.

The hotel is beginning to show it's age. Fixtures are old, lighting in the room was marginal and the elevator system was sketchy. Toyoko-Inn or similar hotel is a better value.

Room was too small, price too high; ther was no wifi.

We stayed at Apa Hotel in Himeji for a few days and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the train station and Himeji Castle. The free Wi-Fi was a huge plus, as it can be difficult to find in Japan. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with finding local attractions and providing tour information. The single rooms were spacious with comfortable double beds, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Western and Japanese options. An added bonus was the onsite coin operated laundry.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This is a basic low budget business hotel. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. It came to our rescue at short notice. No complaints.

It's like all such hotels. A little cramp and a little tired. But great to put your head down and get some sleep.

Close to the station, clean rooms, quiet guests, perfect temperature. The location was great, just a short walk to the train station and convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the guests were respectful and quiet. The temperature in the room was just right, not too hot or cold. I had a pleasant stay at Apa Hotel Himeji-Eki-Kita and would recommend it.

The tea was nice, actually the best of green tea I ever tried, and the bath was just fit my body, so I had a bath during stay there, it was very relaxting and everything was just right to me, I would recommend people to stay there.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is quite convenient as it is close to the train station and provides easy access to the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms on the higher floors, especially on the non-smoking floors, are satisfactory. The small doubles bed without a card is comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast, although not included, provides lovely light views of the city.

We loved the hotel's location close to the train station and in the heart of the city's best area, with easy access to transportation and shopping areas, as well as being a short stroll to the park in front of the palace gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, and the breakfast buffet had a great range of options, with both western and Japanese choices. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent.

L'hotel si trova nel cuore di una città meravigliosa, in fondo alla collina, il che lo rende comodo per raggiungere tutto. Le camere sono state ristrutturate di recente, in uno stile moderno, e alcune di esse vantano un terrazzino con scorcio mare. Inoltre, all'ultimo piano c'è una spettacolare terrazza dalla quale si può godere di una vista panoramica su tutta la città e sull'Etna. Anche la colazione è stata apprezzata, con pasticcini e frutta di benvenuto.

Il menefreghismo della reception nei confronti delle richieste di taxi e l'assenza di un aiuto con la pioggia sono stati rilevati come negativi da alcuni ospiti.
